At Palmetto Proactive, don't be surprised if our physicians spend more time with you than what you may be accustomed to. Our philosophy is based on working with each patient to address their health in a proactive manner, rather than just treating illnesses or disease. To do that effectively, our physicians spend more time with each patient, getting to know them and working with them to develop an individualized healthcare plan.
Palmetto Proactive is a healthcare practice built to serve people, not insurance companies. Because we are focused on the individual, we are able to treat the unique health needs of people who have very different financial situations. With our Proactive Patient Program (P3), you will have access to all of the preventative care you need to stay well and stay healthy for $80 per month.
